NOT SLACKING

I know nobody reads this, so no one is expecting a post exactly, but I still feel responsible for updating my “readers” (read: Jess and Me). I may be slacking in posting, but I’m NOT slacking in my workouts. In fact, everyday while I’m running I plan out what I’m going to blog about. Then, usually, I forget. I need a device that records my thoughts.

I started a new job and have been working 8 hour days. Add the commute to and from midtown and its 10+ hours. My few hours to spare in the mornings are spent at the park running, walking and strength training. My hour in the evening is usually spent winding down. I suppose I could forego my workouts to blog. But then what would I blog about?

Another reason for decreased blogging — I would like to tweak the topics of my post. While writing about my food and fitness endeavors may interest me, what is it that will interest my readers? I would like to make my blog more nutrition oriented too. Perhaps when school starts I will have more topics, thoughts, questions, etc. at hand, but my goal is to gear this blog slightly towards educational musings. Make sense?

We’ll see what happens. For now, I’ve got to scoot to work.
